It's Easy to Participate! |
| Sign-up Your Company to Compete | Sign-up at the registration page. Select the events your company will compete in and start building your teams. Remember, the more events your company enters, the better chance to win the Corporate Cup. |
| Select a Company Coordinator | The company coordinator is the main contact between your company and PCG in order to assure information is communicated effectively. This representative will be asked to attend the coordinators briefing that starts the Games. |
| Team Captains | The Company Coordinator should name a Team Captain for each event they are participating in. The Team Captain will prepare and organize the team to play the event, schedule practice times (any practice is optional and at the individual company's discretion), and assures that the team is checked-in and on time for each game. |
| Training Presentation Offered for New Participants | If this is your company's first year competing, or would simply like a refresher for employees of your company, PCG staff can give a presentation at your business about the tournament. This presentation is a general overview of the Games as well as what you can expect when competing, and is a great way to get people excited about participating in the Games. |
| Submit Final Roster for Each Event | A final roster form, which lists the name of each participant, is required for each event your company is competing in. You can download the Roster Form at our forms page. Final rosters are due by the Coordinators Briefing. Substitutions will be allowed up to the start of each event. tips for organizing teams |
