COMPANY COORDINATOR

Each organization will need a Company Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact between the company and Portland Corporate Games. 

Responsibilities of the Company Coordinator

  • Manages company registration and participant roster data.

  • Attends the PCG coordinator briefing.

  • Selects the Team Captain for each event.

  • Acts as a liaison between the company and the PCG office.

 

Responsibilities of the Team Captain

  • Prepares and organizes the team to play.

  • Schedules practice times (any practice is optional and at the individual company's discretion).

  • Assures that the team is on time for each game.
