| The Briefing will last about 1 hour and will cover all aspects of the Games. |
| The Company Coordinator of each participating company is required to attend (a substitute representative is acceptable if the Company Coordinator can not attend). Each company that attends will receive 20 points (there is no point deduction for not attending). |
| Additional people from the participating company may attend, however there is only 20 points awarded per company regardless of the number present. |
| There will be time for Q&A regarding the competition, rule interpretation, schedule, venues or any other questions. |
| Company Coordinators are responsible for the information at the Briefing and for informing their company's Team Captains and participants. |
| Official Event Guides will be distributed for the 2010 Portland Corporate Games. |
