The Business Challenge is a unique, interactive tournament, where a new event is staged monthly at your place of business. | How It Works | - Choose 10 or more fun and exciting events.
- Each month we put on a selected event at your facility, where all employees have the opportunity to participate.
- The individual events take place within a 2 hour time frame, assuring minimal business interruptions.
- The winner of each event receives a prize.
- Raffle prizes will be awarded throughout each event.
- Points are awarded to each participating employee based on their placement in each event.
- Points are accumulated throughout the tournament and the overall winner will receive the Grand Prize.
- A festive Wrap-up Party concludes the tournament, where the Grand Prize and other awards are presented.
- Your company receives exclusive access to our website, where employees can view the scoreboard with each participants point total throughout the course of the tournament, the schedule of events, and rules for each event.
- The tournament is completely customized to your business--you choose the event, the frequency and schedule, and prizes that are awarded.
